Summer is finally here!  I hope you will be able to spend this time with family and friends and find yourselves enjoying some sunshine.

This newsletter is meant to inform, enlighten and give you a few fun events to attend along the way. 

If you haven’t heard…we will no longer be sending out any snail mail correspondence.  So make sure you are in the know!  All save the dates and invitations will go out by email only.

Despite the torrential rainfall, the flooded streets, and the occasional clap of thunder, the weather finally broke in time for our guests to arrive.  We had a very nice crowd at this year’s sponsored production of Shakespeare in Hollywood at the Theatre of Western Springs.  We were so glad that you were able to make it.  My parents, Todd & Sue, were there and were happy to see you as well.  We are already looking forward to next year.  https://www.hitzemanfuneral.com/hitzeman-theatre-night-2018/.  So if you know of any other family members that would like an invitation, please have them sign up for our newsletter at https://www.hitzemanfuneral.com/newsletter/

​​​​​​​The Hitzeman Funeral Home sponsored local Little League baseball teams as well as a Softball team again this year.  Our Girls Majors Softball Team took first place!  Congratulations to all the players and coaches for a job well done.  Presently the Championship Cup is on display at Hitzemans!

Come out to the Brookfield Concerts in the Park.   Pirates Over 40 on June 29, 2018. Come out to enjoy some caribbean and classic rock songs, and dance the night away.  We are happy to sponsor the Summer Concert Series along with the Brookfield Movie nights.  Hope to see you there.  

Join us at the 4^th of July festivities…We will be marching in the Brookfield parade with the Brookfield Chamber, Lions Club International and the Cub Scout Troop 90.  It is always a good time at the “Party in the Park” after the Parade.  God Bless America!
